Account Data

When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. If you join a workspace, we store your name, role, and workspace membership.

Workspace and Brand Data

You provide brand names, competitor names, website URLs, and prompts to configure visibility monitoring. This data is used to query AI models and generate your visibility reports.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, scan activity, and session duration. This is used to improve the product and understand usage patterns.

Billing Data

Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. We retain Stripe customer IDs and subscription status for billing management.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Providing the Service: querying AI models with your configured prompts, generating visibility scores, competitor analysis, citation tracking, and recommendations.
• Communications: sending email reports (weekly summaries, daily insights), transactional emails (account verification, billing receipts), and service announcements.
• Analytics and improvement: understanding how the Service is used to prioritize features, fix issues, and improve the experience.
• Billing: processing payments, managing subscriptions, and enforcing plan limits.

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following categories of third-party services:

• AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, DeepSeek, Perplexity): we send prompts containing your brand name, competitor names, and category questions to generate visibility data. We do not send your personal information to these providers.
• Hosting and infrastructure (Cloudflare): the Service runs on Cloudflare Workers, R2 storage, and related infrastructure services.
• Payment processing (Stripe): handles all billing, subscription management, and payment data.
• Email delivery (Resend): sends transactional and report emails on our behalf.
• Analytics (PostHog): collects anonymized usage data to help us improve the Service. PostHog is self-hosted or configured with privacy-respecting defaults.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics tools to understand usage patterns. We do not sell your data to advertisers or use third-party advertising trackers.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account data and workspace data for as long as your account is active. Visibility scan results and historical data are retained to provide trend analysis and reporting.

When you delete your account or a workspace, we remove associated data within a reasonable timeframe. Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records, fraud prevention).

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Portability: request your data in a portable format.
